High Voltage and Sugar Savvy Expand to Cleveland & Northern Ohio

It was bound to happen! People everywhere have been begging Voltage to bring Sugar Savvy and Energy Up! to their hometown, and it finally happened. At the beginning of 2015, Kathie Dolgin (aka High Voltage) returned to her OWN hometown outside of Cleveland, OH and brought the Sugar Savvy program with her.
