What are you doing over Spring Break?  Stay Energy Up busy and U will be rewarded!

We are looking for 6 Energy Up girls to be in the first class of our Spring Break Star Club. That’s right, star status, red carpet treatment. Six G’s will be invited to a fabulously healthy dinner at one of my favorite restaurants.  Plus they’ll receive an Energy Up Swag Bag with loads of goodies and star status on the Energy Up blog and newsletter. 

Beginning April 15, start posting on www.energyup.org and post often.  Here are a few ideas:

Introduce a friend to Energy Up, post about it. Keeping a food journal? Post about it.  See a great video? Post about it. Perform a kind act, post about it. Discover a healthy treat?  Post about it. Have a positive thought, post about it.  Have a comment about our blog poll, post about it.  Just post and share your light and energy with us all.

I’ll select the six members who submit the most posts. Visit the website blog to see your posts and others too.  Follow these simple instructions and start posting. 

1. Visit www.energyup.org

2. Log-in or register (it’s FREE)

3. In your Page Profile section, select “New Blog Post.” It’s the last item on the left sidebar list.

4. In the new window, select and enter a title for your post. Like this:

Spring Break Share with (your first name and last name initial)

Spring Break Pix with (your first name and last name initial)

Spring Break Comment from (your first name and last name initial)

Spring Break Friend with (your first name and last name initial)

5. Below the title, start writing or post a picture or favorite video. Tell us how you’re spending the Spring Break vacation, Energy Up-style.  Tell us about the friends you signed up to Energy Up!.  Better yet, tell us how much you miss us! 

That’s it! Follow these steps as many times as you like between April 15 and April 29th. Visit the website blog to see your posts and others too. We’re selecting six girls with the MOST POSTS for the first EVER Energy Up Spring Break Star Club.
